Yes. The company ACTIA INDIA at the time was incorporated in India in 2002 as a joint venture between a French automotive electronics company and DMGFI Group. In 2023, the French partner exited; DMGFI Group acquired the offered shareholding, and the company was renamed Deva Autotronics Private Limited. It has been in automotive electronics for more than two decades.
